Do I have to schedule everything?

No. Keep tasks on a day’s Anytime list, or in the backlog until you’re ready to choose a day. Times and estimates are optional.

How does Google Calendar work?

Connect Google Calendar to see your events alongside your tasks. Choose which calendars appear. Clarya reads your calendar; it doesn’t change your Google Calendar events.

Do I need to move unfinished tasks myself?

You can move a task to another day whenever you choose. Unfinished tasks also carry forward automatically, keeping any recorded work on its original day.
